4. Set up
Interviews:

Screen resumes, phone-screen candidates and schedule interviews.

Interview candidates at customer or CareerLink site. Interviews
will be conducted according to the RapidLink hiring plan.
5. Hire
selected candidates “on the spot” or forward on to customer for final
interview, depending on plan.
