Qualifications

progressive logistics experience including warehousing,
trucking and ocean carriage.

experience with knowledge of MS Excel, Word and SAP
Essential Functions

Train, support and mentor
CSR’s
-
Manage department
performance of CSR’s for accuracy and timeliness of
service

Monitor key metrics and
report on them

Handle escalated issues
with customers

Reporting – Monitor and
report on order fulfillment process for Export, provide
standard reports as required

Document, monitor and
manage compliance with processes
-
Monitor compliance with
SOX, ISO, and audits

Monitor and manage
warehouse inventory, balancing against orders and
consulting with SD manager to ensure order fulfillment
-
Manages and helps trace
expediting of export shipments through the warehouse,
packaging, and shipping functions.

Accounts Receivable Specialist for an established company.
As an accounts receivable specialist you will be responsible
for preparing reports on status of credit and collections.
The accounts receivable specialist will also be responsible
for reviewing daily activities of credit and collections;
monitoring accounts receivable activity and make adjustments
to meet budget goals, ensuring strict confidentiality of
financial records, performing day-to-day accounts receivable
activities, invoicing and daily deposits, identifying and
resolving collections problems on commercial accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Qualified candidates must have at least 3-5 years of
accounts receivable experience, be able to handle a heavy
load in a fast paced environment, strong organizational
skills and account reconciliation experience.
Experience with Lockbox and/or Commercial Deposit activity.
Proven
stability through work history and references.
Must
be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and various
accounting software.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in
writing.
Knowledge of credit and collection principles, processes,
regulations, and standards.
Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart
confidential information.
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare
reports.
Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw
conclusions.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Contracts Analyst

downtown, is currently seeking a Contract Analyst to join
their dynamic team. The Contract Analyst will perform a
variety of assignments requiring professional judgment and
knowledge of electric power.
The successful candidate will:
- Have ISDA experience.
- Strong contract negotiation
experience.
- Negotiation and administration of
gas, power and/or financial agreements as assigned.
- Coordination with counter party,
legal, credit and other departments as needed to bring
contract negotiations to closure.
- Resolution of any internal and
external contractual issues that may arise.
- Contract review and research to
provide information to other departments as needed.
- Process documents and update
systems for contract amendments, terminations, name
changes, company mergers, assignments and other similar
documentation as assigned.
- Run system reports/programs and
resolve any discrepancies that may occur or initiate
appropriate action.
- Maintain various database, Excel
spreadsheets and Word documents regarding contract data or
correspondence.
Position requirements include:
- 4 year College degree.
- Minimum, 5 years energy contracts
administration experience with strong contract
negotiation.
- ISDA experience a must.
- Experience in the energy industry
strongly desired.
- Must possess excellent verbal and
written communication skills.
- Superior attention to detail and
solid organizational skills are required.
